That’s normal. That’s all you’re going to have to work with. There’s not much reading between the lines to do there. It just means they’re catching and, if they can, then you can, too.
I think the hardest thing for people is not knowing which lure to tie on, or even where to go, it’s just the confidence to go in the first place. Well, one will never get it if he doesn’t just launch the damn boat and go. Lake Decade and The Cove will help you get that confidence.

Also, you really haven’t made a plan. Like, what’s your plan? Where do you want to fish? What are the forecast conditions like? When you do that, you’re critically thinking about your fishing trip.
Look, there’s no video I or anyone can make that will unlock the guaranteed success of your fishing trip. If you don’t apply what’s taught in 101, then you won’t make much headway. I see that you did in fact complete that course, so that’s good. Congrats, you now have more knowledge and expertise than I had when I started out. You probably have a better boat, too.
You know where you’re launching from, so that’s good. But do you have things like points, tidal highways, ponds, etc. picked out? Where are deep holes you’re eyeing? Clear water?
